Facial Reflexology
Facial reflexology is a nourishing and beautifully relaxing treatment where facial reflex points are stimulated to release stored tension, promote emotional balance and ease the body into a deep state of calm.
Facial Rejuvenation
This includes a full facial reflexology sequence and then goes further, incorporating Japanese massage techniques and gua sha. This more hands-on work softens tension in the jaw, brow and temples, where so many of us hold the strain of everything we have not yet let go of. It also stimulates circulation and encourages lymphatic flow, helping to support your skin’s natural collagen production.
About Me
I am a fully qualified and insured Reflexologist offering reflexology and facial reflexology, and pre-conceptual and pregnancy reflexology in Walthamstow, North East London. I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR) and was trained by Louise Keet and Ziggy Bergman at the London School of Reflexology.
My intention is to create a calming space for you to unwind and my gentle yet deeply effective approach helps anyone feeling frazzled by modern life, struggling with sleep, or simply craving that sense of inner balance we all need. Whether you are looking for a holistic approach to manage stress or to support your body through change, reflexology meets you where you are. Many clients find it's exactly what they need when life feels a bit overwhelming.
Becoming a mum gave me a deep understanding of just how life-changing this journey is. Whether you're hoping to conceive, navigating pregnancy, or finding your feet as a new parent, I understand the challenges that come with each stage – and how reflexology can offer gentle, meaningful support along the way.
Location
Treatments take place in my peaceful (air-conditioned) garden studio in Walthamstow Village, North East London and at Pause Studio in Leyton. Or if you would be more comfortable at home, I can come to you (within a three-mile radius of my studio.)
Gift Vouchers
Treat a friend or loved one to a relaxing reflexology session at my garden studio in Walthamstow or the comfort of their own home. Gift vouchers can be purchased online and emailed to the recipient. Beautiful card vouchers can also be delivered locally free of charge (E17, E10, E11, E4).
