What is Facial Reflexology?
Facial reflexology is a nourishing and beautifully relaxing treatment where facial reflex points are stimulated to release stored tension, promote emotional balance and ease the body into a deep state of calm.
I am a qualified practitioner in the Bergman Zone Advanced Facial Reflexology method, developed by award winning reflexologist, Ziggie Bergman.
What are the benefits of Facial Reflexology?
Facial reflexology is a wonderful alternative for anyone who'd rather keep their socks on! It works just like foot reflexology but focuses on reflex points in your face instead.
Facial Reflexology also has some unique therapeutic benefits from working not just the reflexes on the face, but also stimulating muscle and anatomical structures which when compressed can impact the body. It can be particularly supportive in reducing bruxism, bells palsy, sinusitis/congestion, hay fever and headaches. This treatment is designed with your whole-body wellness in mind, with the added bonus of glowing, smoother skin and visibly softened fine lines.

Settle into the reflexology chair as your session begins with a hot towel cleanse and the application of a healing elixir—essential oils blended with white sage. Gentle pressure applied to facial reflex points with my fingers and crystal tools promotes deep relaxation and activates your body's innate capacity to rebalance and heal.
